The Los Angeles Lakers have unveiled their new City Edition uniform for the 2024-25 season, along with a corresponding court design. This season’s uniform, dubbed the “California Destiny,” will debut on November 21 during a home game against the Orlando Magic.

The design features “Lake Show” prominently on the chest for the first time, reflecting the team’s dynamic personality. The uniform showcases a gradient color progression from black to purple, symbolizing the Lakers’ 65-year history in Los Angeles. Each player’s uniform will have a unique gradient trim, and the jersey numbers incorporate a nostalgic style reminiscent of the Lakers’ championship era from 1999 to 2017, complete with gold satin twill detailing.

The new court design complements the uniform, featuring a gradient effect, 17 stars representing the team’s championships, and the official LA logo at midcourt. “Lake Show” will also be displayed at each baseline.

The City Edition uniform will be available for purchase starting November 14, and it joins the Lakers’ lineup of other uniforms for the season, including the Icon, Statement, and Association Editions.
