30-year-old pop star Justin Bieber is reportedly in a bad mood after his former mentor, rapper Diddy, was arrested on charges of lewd conduct.

Us Weekly quoted a source as saying: “Justin Bieber’s mental health is not good. He has had issues with Diddy in the past and the allegations against the rapper are making things difficult for him.”

The source also said that Justin was disgusted by the scandal. The singer was “advised to stay away from anything related to Diddy” – the rapper is facing a series of lewd conduct charges and is currently in custody in New York awaiting trial.

Justin Bieber is said to be trying to focus on the positive things in his life. Insiders said the Baby singer is happy to be a father and it has been a dream of his for many years. “The joy of becoming a father has overshadowed Justin’s worries about Diddy,” the source said.

Justin welcomed his first child with wife Hailey Bieber in August. He and his wife spend most of their time at home taking care of their child, only occasionally going out to dinner or church, and barely updating social media. Last week, Justin was seen driving away from a hotel in Los Angeles alone, looking gaunt and sad, which worried fans.

Justin has previously shared many times about depression and mental health issues. In the 2020 YouTube documentary Justin Bieber: Next Chapter, the singer revealed that he had experienced prolonged pain while at the height of his fame. Justin said he had struggled silently with the pain, at times feeling like he could no longer bear it. He encouraged those with similar problems to talk openly to find a solution.

In 2021, Justin released the song Lonely about loneliness and the dark side of fame. The song includes the lyrics: “Everyone just sees me as a sick guy/ Feeling like no one understands me/ They just criticize the things I did when I was a stupid kid… If you had everything and no one shared/ You would understand me/ I had everything/ But no one listened to me/ There was only loneliness. According to Forbes, Justin Bieber’s song Lonely skyrocketed in sales by 1,400% in recent days as fans believed the lyrics were a reference to Diddy. Many speculated that when Justin first entered the entertainment industry, he was controlled by Diddy, causing mental health problems. Fans are now showing their support for the singer by relistening to a series of his songs.

On the evening of October 30, Justin Bieber and his wife Haley appeared at a restaurant to celebrate their 5th wedding anniversary. As the pair exited the restaurant, Haley walked ahead to shield her husband, who was accompanied by security. Instead of her usual glamorous style, the Rhodes skincare CEO, 27, kept things casual for the special day in an oversized beige sweater, jeans and black loafers. Justin Bieber has not publicly addressed the controversy, but fans have expressed concern about his noticeably “skinny” appearance.
